Student Monitoring System

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the INHS E-Attendance: Student Monitoring System. By accessing or using the system, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Use of the System

The INHS E-Attendance:Student Monitoring System is designed for educational purposes to be able to monitor and record the student attendance using QR Code.
The users agree to use the system for legitimate educational purposes only and not for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

2. User Registration

Users must register an account to access the system. It requires accurate and complete information.
It is the user’s responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

3. Account Types

There are two(2) main account types:
Adviser - Responsible for monitoring the attendance, generation of student’s QR Code, and distribution of student’s QR Code.
Teacher - Responsible for managing the class attendance through the system

4. Privacy and Data Protection


The personal information collected during the registration will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The student attendance records will only be accessible by authorized users.


5. QR Code Usage

Each student will have a unique QR Code for attendance.
Students must scan their QR Codes during the session to be able for their attendance status to be updated.
Teachers are responsible for setting the cutoff time.

6. Data Accuracy

Users must ensure that all QR Codes are properly generated and distributed.
The system will only record the data based on the QR Codes scanned by students.

7. Attendance Report

Once all the students scanned their QR Codes, the report must be submitted to the dashboard
Advisers can download the attendance report.

8. Terminations of Account

We reserved the right to terminate any user’s account if they violate these terms, misuse the system, or engage in any unlawful activities.
Users may also terminate their account by Contacting the User support

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these terms and conditions at any time.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 10173(Data Privacy Act of 2012). This clearly specifies the jurisdiction and highlights the relevant law for data privacy, which is crucial for systems handling personal information
